Eryeah Technology ("we") values your privacy. This policy explains how PandaMusic ("the App") handles information related to you. The App focuses on local media management, does not establish a user account system, and does not upload your media files to our servers for storage or playback.
Please read this policy carefully before using the App. By using the App, you understand and agree to this policy; if you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. Types of Information We Process
1.1 Content You Actively Provide or Import (stored locally on your device)
- Audio, video, images, and associated metadata (e.g., file name, duration, cover art, tag information) imported via "File Import," albums, AirDrop, system "Open With," or similar methods.
- Track titles, artists, cover art, categories, and other information you edit within the App.
- Local playback status such as play progress, play count, playback mode preferences, and recent playback history.
The above information is primarily stored in your device’s app sandbox and local database, under your control. We do not create a personal media library for you in the cloud.
1.2 App Settings and Operational Data (local)
- Interface language preferences.
- Playback session restoration data (e.g., last played track, progress).
- Version update prompt records (e.g., whether a version prompt has been shown on a given date, stored in local preferences).
- Local caches related to functionality (e.g., PINCache).
1.3 Device Permissions (after your authorization)
To enable specific features, we may request or use system permissions only in relevant scenarios:

1.4 Network-Related Activities (limited, no upload of your media library)
The App is not an online streaming service and only accesses the network when necessary, for example:
- Querying the App Store version number via Apple’s official Lookup API to prompt for updates.
- Opening the App Store page (for updates, ratings, sharing the app).
- Loading web pages such as the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy within the App (URLs are configured within the app).
We do not upload your personal media files in bulk to our servers for the above purposes.
1.5 Information We Do Not Actively Collect
- The App does not require registration or login, and does not collect phone numbers, passwords, real-name information, or other account credentials.
- We have not integrated typical third-party advertising tracking or user profiling SDKs (e.g., SDKs that collect cross-app advertising identifiers).
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Purposes of Information Use
We process the above information to:
- Provide local import, playback, management, transcoding, search, cover art and metadata editing, and related features.
- Remember your preferences such as language, playback progress, and playback mode.
- Ensure app security, fix faults, and improve user experience.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and respond to lawful requests (if applicable).
3. Information Storage and Security
3.1 Storage Location
Your media content and local data are primarily stored on your local device.
3.2 Retention Period
Information is retained while you use the App. After you delete tracks, clear app data, or uninstall the App, the corresponding local data will be deleted or become inaccessible in accordance with system and app mechanisms.
3.3 Security Measures
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect app security. However, no internet or terminal environment is entirely risk-free, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Please keep your device properly secured.
4. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
4.1 We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4.2 Exceptions may apply only when:
- You provide explicit consent.
- Required by laws, regulations, judicial authorities, or administrative agencies.
- Necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, us, or the public, and consistent with legal requirements.
4.3 This App uses Apple system services, playback frameworks, and photo/file picker components. Their data processing is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You can manage your information in the following ways:
- Access and Correction: View and edit track information and cover art within the App.
- Deletion: Delete tracks or imported files within the App (depending on app functionality).
- Withdraw Permissions: Manage Photos, Camera, and other authorizations in iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security."
- Stop Use: Uninstall the App to stop local data processing.
Because the App does not have an account system, we cannot restore local data from before uninstallation based solely on your email request. Please back up important files in advance.
6. Protection of Minors
This App is primarily intended for users with full legal capacity. If you are a minor, please read this policy and use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian. Guardians should ensure that minors use the device and import content lawfully and appropriately.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be announced within the App or via web page. Material changes will be notified through reasonable means. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
